  • If you purchased a digital product, you can download your files immediately after purchase. You can access the files via the link in the confirmation email or online via your customer account panel.

    If you ordered a physical product, items take 2-7 business days for Printful to print apparel products. Most products are printed, on average, in 3 business days.

    Here are the average shipping times to help you gauge when your package will arrive once you receive a shipping notification.

    • US orders: 3-7 business days

    • International orders: 7-15 business days

    • Canadian orders: 15-30 business days

  • The apparel is printed and shipped after you place an order to prevent waste. I partner with Printful to reduce the fashion industry's environmental impact. This is because an overwhelming 85% of all textiles produced by the industry end up in landfills. By supporting my brand, you are choosing products that are created only as the order is placed, creating less fabric waste than conventional manufacturing.

  • Here are the average shipping times to help you gauge when your package will arrive once you receive a shipping notification.

    • US orders: 3-7 business days

  • You will receive an email with tracking info once your product is fulfilled and a shipping label is created. Just keep in mind that it can take up to 4 business days for that item to be put in the mail for you to check where it’s located as it makes its way to you.

  • Yes, additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. Since each country’s customs policy differs, I can’t always cover these fees at checkout.

    The final fee is usually based on various factors like weight, value, and size, so if you live in a country where you usually have to pay a standard customs fee, be prepared for that extra cost.

    Please check with your local customs office to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.

  • Contact me at KissMyMoonArt@gmail.com and I can easily update the address if your order has NOT been shipped yet.

  • This happens if USPS needs help locating your address or if there are any mistakes in your address, like a missing apt number or an incorrect street name.

    I am usually notified if an order is returned. In which case, I will reach out to you to verify your address. If you notice it was returned before I do, please contact me at KissMyMoonArt@gmail.comwith your order number and verified address.

    It’s important to note that if the address that it was sent to was, in fact, correct, would need to send your package to a new location to prevent your item from being returned again to limit any additional shipping fees or delays.

  • Since each item is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to check sizing/measurements and item details to avoid any issues.

    If the products arrive damaged or defective, you can either request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required to approve a refund or replacement.

    Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe.

  • Orders are unable to be canceled or modified after checkout.
